PCR Impact Report

In 2024 we celebrated becoming an official B Corp certified business!

We focus on being there for our clients, candidates, community, and our planet. Our 2024 Impact Report marks a meaningful year of action and progress towards building a thoughtful and people-first recruitment business.

Recruitment is rooted in relationships and trust. We continued to embed those values into every part of our work, from the way we develop our team, to how we contribute to the community and the environment, to our efforts in sustainability.

Diversity & Inclusion

One of our proudest achievements for 2024 has been in the area of diversity and inclusion. 36% of placements were either filled by women or within digital accessibility. This is an encouraging step forward and we’re proud to be supporting underrepresented groups.

Sustainability

We planted 66 trees in 2024, and our  target is to hit 1000 trees by the end of 2025. As a team we have reduced our carbon footprint by 2.85 metric tons. That’s equivalent to the annual electricity consumption of approximately 2.1 average households. These are some interesting facts, and really helps to understand the real-life impacts of our actions.

Community

Our community work has been especially rewarding. We donated laptops and phones to children supported by Little Lives UK. We continue to support underrepresented voices through our Women In Tech Stories and The Digital Accessibility Podcasts.
