We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a background in contract recruitment to take ownership of our operational processes, compliance, onboarding and systems.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving how a business operates. You’ll combine day-to-day operational management with process improvement, systems ownership and business support, helping PCR scale efficiently as we grow.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Contractor onboarding, compliance and operational delivery
- Reviewing and negotiating commercial contract terms
- Preparing statement of works for client engagements
- Timesheet, invoicing and contractor administration processes
- CRM ownership and system improvement projects
- Automation and process optimisation initiatives
- Supplier relationships, including technology, marketing and service partners
- HR administration and business support activities
- Maintaining accurate operational controls and documentation
- Supporting PCR’s B Corp commitments to ensure responsible business practices.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Operations experience within a contract recruitment agency
- Strong understanding of contractor compliance, umbrella companies and IR35
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Experience improving processes and implementing change
- Confidence working with CRM systems and technology platforms
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- The ability to balance detailed administration with strategic thinking
