12-Month Contract

We’re working with a leading global tech company to find a Media Production Operations Analyst to join their high-profile digital media teams.

This role is all about driving process optimisation and workflow automation across diverse media production areas – including Music, Apps, Platform Publishing, and Content Production.

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to centralise workflows, streamline processes, and implement Airtable solutions, using scripting and automation to create smarter, faster ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and optimise workflows in Airtable, based on operational needs from internal Media Production teams.

  • Leverage Airtable APIs to automate workflows; experience with JavaScript or Python scripting is highly beneficial.

  • Translate production team requirements into structured, scalable Airtable solutions.

  • Knowledge of Production Project Management to provide insights and tracking on milestones, dependencies, SLAs, KPIs, Resource allocation, workflow mapping etc.
  • Partner with stakeholders across multiple content verticals to understand and improve operational processes.

  • Provide workflow solutions that simplify collaboration, tracking, and reporting across teams.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Strong experience working with Airtable, or similar workflow/project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Smartsheet, Coda).

  • Hands-on scripting experience – JavaScript or Python preferred – to work with APIs and automate tasks.

  • Background in media operations, production workflows, or content publishing environments is highly advantageous.

  • Excellent communication skills; able to work cross-functionally and translate complex requirements into streamlined processes.

  • A passion for improving workflows and creating operational efficiency.

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative and complex global environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with basic reporting tools, though this is not a data-heavy visualisation role.

  • Previous experience supporting large tech/media companies.
