Cloud Engineer – Ansible Expert
€90.000 per year – 18-month contract
Hybrid working
On site in Berlin 1 day per week.
German language skills required: C1
Your area of responsibility
- Process automation of complex virtual system landscapes (Linux/Windows) in vSphere with Ansible
- Conceptualisation and development of a roadmap for better maintainability of the Ansible infrastructure in cooperation with the team
- Deployment consulting, implementation guidance and realisation of improvement potentials together with the team
- Inventory and documentation of the Ansible infrastructure and playbooks
Your profile
- Completed studies in information technology or comparable knowledge and skills acquired through vocational training and relevant professional activity
- Sound professional experience in setting up and operating Linux and Windows system landscapes (operating systems, virtualisation, automation, networking, scripting)
- Relevant experience in the automated integration and operation of client and server applications, web servers and Microsoft backend components
- Practical knowledge in the creation of scripts (e.g. Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Sound practical knowledge in programming AWX Ansible playbooks and roles
- Expertise in dealing with public key infrastructures is an advantage
