iRiS, a leading app, software, and tech provider had just received funding to grow its tech team. As a result, iRiS needed seven specialist hires. These roles included various .Net Developers, a Business Analyst, a Technical Writer, an IOS Developer and a Development Manager.

We spent time with the key stakeholders and got under the skin of the business, down to challenges and why existing employees were working there. We became part of the iRiS team. This allowed us to fill 6 out of 7 roles within 7 weeks, with a 100% fill rate overall.
