Art Producer
London – 3 days on-site
6 Month Contract – Inside IR35 – Rate tbc
The Lead Art Producer works closely with Creative, Creative Production & Cross Functional teams to execute both in-house and outside art related productions of all sizes, globally.
This role oversees all pre-production activities, such as partnering on the creative brief and project time-line, bidding and hiring the photography & art related vendor partners, location scouting, casting and all retouching & post production collaborations whether in or out of house.
They will oversee lifestyle shoots and production vendors off-site to ensure the project is smooth, on time and on budget, and that all creative needs are fulfilled.
At the end of each shoot, they are responsible for actualising the project, tracking and submitting invoices and POs, digitising talent and crew NDAs and releases as necessary, and making sure the project is properly actualised and archived.
Key Responsibilities:
- Producing experience, including 10+ as an art producer with best in class talent.
- Excellent soft skills, and able to navigate collaborative corporate culture.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and thrives in a team environment.
- Creative agency or photography production studio experience preferred.
- Aptitude for making quick, quality decisions with ability to remain calm under pressure while maintaining a great sense of humour.
- Adapts to a constantly evolving, ambiguous and fast paced environment.
- Experienced working in an international environment and appreciation for cultural nuances.
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally, sometimes with minimal notice.
