Your area of responsibility
Coordination and moderation of Scrum events – sprints, retrospectives and daily stand-ups
Establishing Scrum values in the development team and promoting agile structures
Continuous optimisation of processes and strengthening of the team to increase efficiency
Collaboration with the product owners in the transformation of ideas (epics) into backlog items (stories/tasks) as well as support and training of the product owners, especially with regard to the maintenance and prioritisation of the product backlog.
Support in setting up a productive environment as well as removing disruptions and obstacles to ensure results in accordance with quality standards
Your profile
Degree, preferably with an IT focus, or a comparable qualification as well as certification as a Scrum Master
relevant experience in a Scrum Master role for a software development team
profound knowledge of Scrum techniques, artefacts and relevant tools
basic IT and software development skills (Java, JavaScript) advantageous
Social competence, moderation and communication skills in contact with diverse interfaces as well as practice in conflict management and extensive experience in team development
Analytical understanding and organisational skills
Openness for new ideas and pleasure in developing them together in a team
