Junior DevOps Engineer – Operations

Your area of responsibility
Responsibility for reported customer problems and following them through to resolution
Investigate, diagnose and identify solutions to resolve issues in the services
Adhering to the specified processes for escalating unresolved issues to the relevant internal teams
Monitoring SLO alerts and error budgets
Management of the incident response flow with regard to the applications used
Identification and implementation of automation options
Processing and resolving open support tickets in compliance with SLAs
Coordination with different stakeholders to carry out blameless post-mortems
Your profile
Successfully completed studies with a focus on computer science, completed training in the IT sector or an equivalent qualification
Professional experience in IT operations or production support
Practical experience with Linux platforms
Expertise in dealing with: Proxmox, OpenStack, OpenShift, Artifactory Enterprise, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker, PostgresSQL, Grafana, Prometheus, Gitlab, Terraform, Jira, Confluence, etc.
Knowledge of one of the programming languages: Python, Bash Scripting, Go or Perl
Ability to work in a team, flexibility and willingness to work in a 24×7 (incentive) support model
German language skills at least at B2 level and a good command of English
