UX Designer - Product Digital Design - Hybrid Remote/WFH London

Job Summary:

We have an opportunity for a UX Designer to join a London based small team of design experts, who are considered sculptures of the modern world…The innovative company works with iconic global brands on varied digital and hardware projects, and they are seeking someone to add their creative eye to the mix.

If you are a UX Designer with 2+ years industry experience, and possess experience of UI design, our client is offering up to £45,000 a yearly salary. Preferably you can start immediately, or up to 1 month and able to work remotely, with occasional travel to the office. Working hours may vary but are generally 9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Your responsibilities:

  • Assist with design of user models, concepts and interfaces for a range of platforms
  • Develop storyboards and wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes
  • Actively contribute and collaborate ideas/knowledge to team members
  • Document design visions and present project updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure project deadlines are met and are of exceptional quality
  • Participate in client meetings and workshops

Your background:

  • Exceptional knowledge and experience of User Centred Design Methodologies
  • Experience of designing high quality interfaces, wireframes, storyboards and user flows
  • Demonstrable experience of translating high level project briefs into a detailed user journey with practical experience using design and prototyping tools
  • Evidence of designing for multiple platforms
  • Prior experience of working within innovation environments, preferably agency background
  • Experience of working independently, as a team, and with wider project stakeholders
  • Exposure to multiple sectors, i.e., healthcare, retail, e-commerce and automotive
  • Exposure to delivering constructive but critical feedback, confidently communicating with stakeholders and non-technical colleagues.
  • Able to work on varying projects and apply focus to different goals
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
