Hello! We're growing and looking to hire a new technical resourcer into our team.
You'll be working on a range of technology and digital roles with many of our existing clients for contract and exclusive/retained permanent positions, predominantly with London clients.
What do we need?
We want to bring on-board someone who has technology recruitment experience so that you know the ins-and-outs of the job and know that it's what you want to do as a career. You'll need to be interested in technology and want to learn about the roles that fit into today's digital landscape.
Our network of candidates is extremely important to us and we like to build relationships with them, so we would like to hire someone who is a natural people person, inquisitive, a great listener, who is well organised and happy multi-tasking.
Who are we?
We are a small, boutique, IT, Media, Digital and Broadcast Talent Resourcing company that has been in operation for over 20 years. In that time, we have worked with global organisations to SMEs and growing start-ups.
Our aim is to make our talent resourcing not only professional but human, and we believe that recruitment should be about providing clients and candidates with a personal, efficient service.
Our team is close, caring, professional and personable - and we like to project that in what we do.
What will you be doing?
You'll be working alongside our consultants and helping them to deliver the best CVs for our clients. You will become an expert at searching on our database, keeping our candidates up to date on the roles as they come in, updating their profiles and availability and ensuring that you can provide CVs quickly to beat the competition on contract roles. You'll help to keep our "niche" networks up to date and you'll become skilled at searching the market via various platforms.
You'll be tenacious and driven to find the best candidates for our clients but also, through the relationships that you build, you'll start to gain a solid understanding of the market, who is good, who is hiring and where to find great talent.
