Technical Resourcer / Recruiter - London (Old Street)

We're growing and looking to hire a new person into our team. We're flexible to either hiring a resourcer or a recruiter. As a resourcer you'll be working on a range of technology and digital roles with many of our existing clients for contract and permanent positions. As a recruiter you'll be able to do a full 360 role, working within a niche candidate arena and targeting clients with a need for those skills.

We really want to bring on board someone who has some recruitment experience so that you know the ins and outs of the job and also know that it's what you want to do as a career. You'll need to be interested in technology and want to learn about the roles that fit into today's digital landscape.

What will you be doing?

Your role will depend on the clients you are working with and their needs. Sometimes you'll be delivering the best CVs you can find on the market for a particular role, other times you may be on site and working alongside a client giving them a direct service.

We would like someone who is a natural people person, inquisitive, a great listener, who is well organised and happy multi-tasking. You'll be tenacious and driven to find the best candidates for our clients.

Who will you be working with?

You'll be working with candidates, CTOs and digital and technology hiring managers. You'll work alongside our director and recruitment consultants. We're all very hands on and support one another as well as sharing ideas and collaborating. You'll also be supported operationally so that you can really focus on what you do best - filling roles!
