Technical Cutover Manager SuccessFactors Deployment West London £600-650pd 3-6 Months

Our International Media client based in West London is looking for an experienced Cutover Manager with previous experience on a large HR Systems SuccessFactors programme to join the Deployment team.

SuccessFactors experience is essential and Service Now or Fieldglass would be an added bonus. Experience of SuccessFactors deployments especially cutover planning and managing cutover of technical work streams and interfaces Globally.

This is a large complex project with a big bang approach for multiple successfactors applications Globally. So similar experience is sought

Requirements:

  • Experience with Cutover Planning and Management for large scale Global and complex HR System transformation/HR system implementation deployment projects

  • Technical Cutover management experience with full life-cycle SuccessFactors projects

  • Global experience in a similar Cut-over Management role for new SuccessFactors Deployment (not just greenfield implementation)

  • Previous experience of Developing full cutover Plan and Management, able to articulate breakdown of cutover steps, for multiple SuccessFactor applications (This is not just a single SuccessFactor module implementation but multiple applications)

  • Experience of coordination of integrated systems cutover for similar large Global complex change programmes (including Data Migration, cutover from multiple old to new application integrations etc

  • Excellent influencing and teaming skills, not passive, firm but fair approach to keep all Technical worksteams on track, able to command situation and outcome by bringing all tech workstreams together.

  • Pro-active outlook to ensure active management of plan and milestones of the programme; able to take a holistic view ready for a successful big bang Global deployment

  • Excellent project and plan management skills, Ability to identify technical issues reduce operational risk and use cutover trials

This role will work closely with the PMO, the Technical Work stream leads and in country deployment Managers and Change management function
