Service Now Product Manager is required by this leading Global Media company based in West London to oversee both the Day to Day Tactical BAU requirements delivery as well as manage and influence the Service Now strategic roadmap. We are looking for someone who has experience and passion for both the Tactical and Strategic Service Now Product Management for a large enterprise, ideally Global organisation. This is not an organisation that is looking for someone just to keep the lights on and manage the as is/BAU and keep the status quo. This is a forward thinking organisation, a heavy user of Service Now, that is looking for someone to manage, influence and drive the Service Now roadmap. Someone that is passionate and knowledgeable about Service Now product capabilities and can make sure the organisation is utilising it to its full potential now and in the future. The right person will need the gravitas and influencing skills at a senior level (including EVP, CIO)
The Service Now team works with in-house development & 3rd party software providers to implement and manage solutions that track, manage, & process information across the key areas of Service Now: ITSM, ITOM, GRC, Security Operations, and HR Service Delivery.
This role will work closely with the Development Manager (who looks after internal and outsourced development), a small team of BA's, QA team, configuration management team and senior stakeholders.
Tactical Service Now experience requirements:
-3-5 years Service Now experience in a Product Manager, Senior BA, Service Now Consultant role
-Experience (Requirements, workflow implementation and improvements, enhancements, bugfixes, mange scrums/agile user stories, keeping stakeholders happy
-Strong experience working in a similar role with multiple Service Now modules such as ITSM, HRSM, GRC, InfoSec and integrations
-Experience gained in a Global / International Enterprise Service Now environment, Ideally media sector or similar
Strategic Service Now Experience Requirements:
-Experience managing Service Now Strategic Product roadmap for large enterprise for a heavy user of Service Now Modules and integration
-Experience managing, influencing, driving the Service Now roadmap and expand and optimise use across a Global Organisation
-Someone that is passionate and knowledgeable about Service Now product capabilities and can make sure the organisation is utilising it to its full potential now and in the future.
-The right person will need the gravitas and influencing skills and be able to present/pitch service now strategy at a senior level (including EVP, CIO)
- Service Now evangelist that has strong knowledge of new Service Now developments and offerings and how these could benefit the organisation.
