Senior Process Designer - Broadcast - Metadata

6 Month Contract (potential to extend)

£450 - £510 per day - outside IR35

The Job:

Join a team currently transforming the internal workings of one of the UK's largest digital entertainment providers, and oversee the change process which will apply to their UK and European operations.

Analyse the AS IS processes, design the TO BE group processes and create solutions for any obstacles that might prevent the change.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and transformation projects with the Group Director and drive the strategic change
  • Take ownership of AS IS processes and design TO BE processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Redesign the processes for all territories and improve the operations
  • Suggest implementation plans that fit into the project timelines
  • Document potential requirements for Technology teams that are needed to do the change
  • Prepare Steering Group meetings
  • Train and guide the team on process design improvements
  • Ensure full integration of all TO BE processes

Your Skills:

  • A track record of successful implementations as a Process Designer / Integration Consultant / Business Process Consultant
  • Fantastic interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to recognise and solve design problems
  • Strong change/process/project, and people management experience
  • Comfortable challenging senior/team decisions and offering alternative solutions

Great to Have:

  • Experience of the broadcast media industry working with metadata platforms/transformations/integrations
