Senior Global Digital HR Change Manager - West London. We are looking for a Global Change and Adoption Manager with Previous HR transformation experience, with cloud based HR applications - ideally SuccessFactors but alternatively similar such as Workday, Fusion etc. Someone with experience of leading change roles at global level. We are looking for someone with a background in Consulting, preferably top 4, is highly desirable.
Our client based in West London has undertaken a major initiative to transform HR through the end to end design and implementation of a future state HR solution including the development of new shared global services, implementing SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow, that will deliver a digitally enabled HR function and workplace.
The programme will require a strong change management and adoption effort at the Global and Local level to support the business and HR transformation.
The Global Change Manager will ultimately be responsible for supporting the local Change teams to plan and deliver local Change, Communications and Training activities for their Country or Region
Some out of hours will be required to fulfil project needs and international working times. The nature of the role may change during the different project phases. The role is based in Chiswick may involve some international travel.
This role will support the Global Change & Adoption Lead to drive and deliver the Global Change & Adoption strategy for this global HR Transformation. This includes;
-Developing global adoption approach
-Developing approach for the tracking and measuring business readiness - and using output to update and iterate the adoption approach / plan
-Supporting development of a Global Change Toolkit for Local Change Managers -Accountable for the effective and consistent deployment of the Global Change Toolkit locally by the Local Change Managers
-Accountable and responsible for the management of the Business User Group (Change Network) at the global level (with Local Change Managers managing the daily activity)
-Take the lead in developing and delivering change & engagement activities for the global HR population
-Inputting into the global business communications and engagement activities - working with the Communications Manager
-Stakeholder management of senior, global stakeholders (presentations, facilitating sessions etc.)
-Standing in for the Global Change & Adoption Lead on Senior forums as required
This role will also be responsible for managing and supporting local Change Team to deliver in markets and countries, which includes:
-Providing input and guidance on the deployment of the Local Change Toolkit
-Being an escalation point for Change Managers
-QA of deliverables to ensure consistent application of Change toolkit
-Supporting Change Mangers in delivery of events/ interventions in larger markets
-Managing, resolving and addressing risks and issues
- Accountable for the delivery of all local change activities
-Previous HR transformation experience, with cloud based HR applications - ideally SuccessFactors but alternatively similar such as Workday, Fusion etc. Someone with experience of leading change roles at global level. -Experience of delivering in Private Sector essential, media/ telecoms sectors highly desirable
-Subject matter knowledge / background in Change Management- experience and knowledge of applying established change frameworks and activities e.g. change impact analysis, stakeholder management, change readiness assessment, building and managing change networks
-Strong track record of defining and delivering global change strategies and driving business readiness and employee adoption on complex transformations
-Previous Change Lead experience (leading change, communications and training workstreams)
-Good grasp of best practice communications and training interventions, and tailoring them for different audience groups
-The ability to build effective relationships and influence across all levels of the organisation, especially at senior stakeholder levels
-Prior project management and planning experience required, with an understanding of wider interprogramme dependencies and risks and mitigating actions
- Experience on Change Management for HR Transformations, in particular those enabled by SuccessFactors and ServiceNow, is highly desirable
-An understanding of HR disciplines would be desirable
-Excellent communication skills, including writing, proofreading, editing and tailoring communications to the audience and channel
- Ability to present and facilitate meetings confidently
-Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
