Our Global Media client is looking for a Scrum Master to join their International Product team. You must have Agile experience and an understanding of a Waterfall approach to product delivery.

Preferably with Broadcast Media experience and the ability to speak Spanish. This renowned brand is looking for a strong influencer who can offer a constant source of support to the team, through a servant leadership approach.

The ideal candidate will be able to deliver projects through Aha, Jira OR Confluence roadmaps.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Ability to guide on how to deliver technology projects using Agile/Scrum practices.

• Facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospective meetings.

• A constant source of information and support for the team.

• Ability to assist Product owner with backlog.

• Work with the team to identify and mitigate issues and risks.

Required skills:

• Certified Scrum Master and in Agile project delivery methods.

• Understanding and practical experience of JIRA/Confluence and Aha.

• Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders at different levels of authority.

• Strong influencer in adoption of Agile practices, with a wide range of styles.

• Ability to track and remove impediments.

A second European language and digital media/VoD experience preferable.
