Recruitment Applicant Tracking System Design - Senior Analyst - Experienced in helping to implement/integrate a Recruitment Applicant Tracking System with HRIS (ideally SuccessFactors) and operationalise with design and creation of operational documentation and Process documentation for Deployment, Test, Support and Training.
Our international media client have undertaken an initiative to roll-out a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) which will support the fast-paced recruitment needs of the business.
This project is underway an focussed on designing and building the ATS solution to optimise the candidate experience whilst providing the recruiting team with the best tools available and reports to make informed hiring decisions as efficiently as possible.
The project will involve connecting and integrating the new ATS with the SuccessFactors HRIS solution and various other connectors. The critical element of the role will be to successfully help operationalise the design for the new ATS system through delivery of robust procedural documentation required by People & Culture (P&C) HR and the business such as process work instructions, FAQs and guides on managing the process and the system; and supporting the testing and deployment activities..
Responsible for the development of robust procedural documentation (P&C Work Instructions/Desktop Guides/ FAQs) relating to new recruiting and hiring processes for the P&C Service Centre teams and Recruiters
Develop strong working relationships with key P&C / recruiting stakeholders; engaging pro-actively to write/create documentation and undertake formal review and feedback on relevant documentation.
Support project leads and sponsors in supporting activities for the content build associated to the platform e.g. Offer letters, JD templates, translations etc.
Support in review of training materials and communications activities out to P&C and the business impacting users using the new applicant tracking system in their specific roles.
Supporting user acceptance testing through undertaking testing of the solution or supporting SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) in undertaking testing of the solution
Input to the design of solution with Employee and customer experience at the forefront of focus
Experienced in helping to implement a Recruitment Applicant Tracking System with HRIS (ideally SuccessFactors) and operationalise with design and creation of documentation and process for deployment, support and training.
At least 3 years' experience in recruiting environment, will familiarity in recruiting practices
Experience in creating or maintaining Recruitment & HR system documentation/guides
Pro-active and eager to learn
You must be located in the UK and have the Right to work in UK. This role is initially remote but it would be ideal if you were based within easy reach of West London.
This role is a 3 month contract which is inside ir35 and the pay listed is what the umbrella company would be paid and is inclusive of paid holiday and all other PAYE Costs.
