Project Manager - ISO Consultancy
Permanent role - Up to £50k per annum
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to work from home/remotely and on client sites and join our client, an innovative world leader in digital inclusion and accessibility services. They are the go-to experts that offer consultancy and training services to enable clients to understand and implement the digital accessibility standards they helped create i.e. ISO 30071-1 and BS 8788.
Reporting directly to the ISO Team Lead, this role will see you setting up and delivering small-medium sized consultancy project within an agile environment for clients, collaborating across a collaborative team of training consultants and accessibility experts, operations and clients working within a close-knit team that loves to share learnings, apply knowledge and continue to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end project planning, management, setup, monitoring and ownership of delivery against agreed Statement of Works (SoW)
- Project costing (using model) and resource allocation/management; liaising with consultants and balancing multiple client project needs and changing demands
- Full project services and supporting processes including facilitating client meeting, actions and follow-up with status reviews, project costs etc.
- Draft Statements of Work content and costs for proposed client projects; prior to approval by designated manager
- Setup work breakdown schedule into com and Harvest tools and associated employee/contractor alignment and terms as primary expert
- Liaising, consulting and presenting findings to clients project leads
- Liaising with Consultants on availability, deliverables and project scheduling
- Ability to grow in understanding and application of ISO offering and consultancy across full portfolio of services
- Undertake business analysis on projects and drafting client proposals
- Update ISO master templates decks and manage version controls
- Utilise tools such as Signable (signature collection), WeTransfer (secure file transfer) and virtual collaboration tools
- Track project status, project burn, potential issues with mitigation, contractor invoices and highlight variances. Ability to manage expectations.
- Assist with contractor/employee onboarding
- Process optimization and continuous improvement.
Required skills:
- Experience leading multiple projects concurrently.
- Requirements gathering, project planning, costings and project burn, report generation, and presentations to senior management
- Excellent client-facing skills to facilitate meetings, capture and track actions, hold accountable, follow-up and appropriately challenge and shape meetings.
- Evidence of strong PMO/project management and delivery against SoW terms
- Hands-on experience with Monday and Harvest/Asana or equivalent tools
- Strong 3rd party and internal stakeholder management
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written including virtual meetings, virtual collaboration).
Desired skills:
Keen understanding of digital accessibility and ISO standards implementation or general digital accessibility best practise.
- Assistance within Change Management projects
- 2-year project management experience within commercial/consultancy environment, professional services an advantage.
- Relevant degree and/or evidence of equivalent demonstrable experience.
