My Broadcast Media Client is looking for an Oracle PL/SQL Database Developer with experience of the Vision broadcast management system (Vision BMS experience is mandatory, however migration experience of other similar Broadcast Scheduling Systems may be considered). You would be writing stored procedures to help with a data migration project. Writing stored procedures in Oracle to allow data to be extracted from Vision. There will be specifications/requirements provided for what data should be extracted and how it should be presented. An integration layer will be querying via JDBC to invoke the stored procedure and pull the data out.

This can be fully remote (but you must still have the right to work in the UK and trade through your UK ltd company or UK umbrella company) You'd be using your own computing equipment, and you would get remote access.

The project is in flight, and requires someone full time ASAP for 3 months initially (Extension - possible)

You will be working in a small team alongside an existing developer resource with knowledge of the Vision system a BA, tech lead and an integration engineer. This role will be reporting to the PM.

The most challenging part of the role will likely be getting up to speed in the project. Vision Broadcast Management System/ Broadcast scheduling software experience is Essential for both product knowledge and broadcast media knowledge.
