Node.js Developer - Central London

£70K-£90K depending on skills and experience

Opportunity to work with a growing FinTech building a Cloud Based Digital Banking Platform

You'll be building an entirely new breed of banking platform from the ground up so we are looking for a software engineer with breadth of skills and commercial experience to challenge the norm and work as part of a growing team of creative technologists who thrive on problem solving and building scalable, secure solutions.

Essential skills and experience required:

  • Commercial server side programming experience with most recent experience being in Node.js and TypeScript
  • Amazon EC2 for security configuration, networking and storage (Fargate, X-Ray)
  • AWS App Mesh, RDS, SQS, Lambda, CloudFormation, VPS
  • Bitbucket Pipelines - CI/CD for build, test and deployment
  • Building and consuming secure APIs

Also, it would be great if you have experience with:

  • Financial software development background / understanding
  • Front end development experience with JS frameworks
  • Hardware Security Modules (HSM)
  • Experience working within PCI compliant organisations
  • Having a security conscious approach to programming
