HR Systems Integration Engineer - World-class entertainment and technological leader
6 Month Contract - £360 per day
Our client, a world renowned entertainment and technology leader, is looking for their first UK based Integration engineer to work with their US based customer solutions team and deliver technology solutions that align to business strategies while enabling enterprise efficiency and promoting cross-company collaborative innovation. This will be an end user focused role, where you will be helping to enhance consumer experiences, enabling business growth, and advancing operational excellence through their HR, Business, ERP Systems.
The Customer Solutions team is responsible for supporting internal users and developers throughout company who use Enterprise Technology in their custom developed applications.
As an Integration Engineer, you will assist and educate developers, PM/BA's, system engineers, and end users within our business partners on the use of Enterprise Technology services and applications. You will be responsible for responding to user tickets, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, debugging and fixing code, correcting data, facilitating conversations between teams, tracking enhancement requests and ensuring that the customer request is routed correctly for timely resolution.
Reporting to the Customer Solutions Manager, you will work closely with software developers in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
Provide consulting services to local clients and help with SSO and MFA registration process.
Migrate users from one HR system of record to another documenting dependencies and process flows.
Provide consulting to customers during application discovery, planning and integration.
Develop tools, processes, and documentation that improve operational efficiency.
Support and train end-users.
Work with partner CST / Engineering teams in getting appropriate access for unique user populations.
Continue to work with the local teams and IAM team to improve processes and UX.
1 or more years' industry experience in designing, developing, implementing, or supporting software applications.
1 or more years working in an operations or application support environment
Experience working with
operations or application support
high volume web applications and frameworks
help desk or ticketing software
Familiarity or understanding of
Identity and Access Management
Process Flow Creation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be a proactive, self-starter
Able to work effectively across multiple disparate teams
