My client, a growing family-first eCommerce company based in Leavesden, Watford is currently looking for talented and dedicated individuals, who are passionate about software development.
We would ideally like to speak with people with anywhere from 3 - 10 years' development experience who are looking to utilise their skills with ASP.NET, MVC 5 and HTML/CSS and make a real difference within the eCommerce space.
As an ASP.Net Developer, you will join a highly collaborative environment to help deliver new features and improvements with regular release cycles for an existing bespoke eCommerce platform that the team has built from scratch.
The tech stack includes:
- .NET Frameworks 4.7 / 4.8, ASP.NET, MVC 5
- Visual Studio, Azure Storage, SQL Azure, GIT, AppVeyor
- HTML, CSS, jQuery and Bootstrap (for internal Apps)
- Domain Driven Design, Trello, Slack, NUnit
You will be heavily involved in the customer-facing site; prototyping, design, scoping, and planning of features. Customer is king here, and you'll be key to delivering the very best they can to them. You can expect this role to be a well-rounded and all-immersive engineering opportunity where collaboration really is at the centre of everything you'll be working on. You will work closely with the CTO, and their lead software engineer, to shape the database and view models and ensure that the front and back-end implementations are executed harmoniously.
Does this sound pretty full on? It is, all of it is important, all of it matters, and all of it is exciting stuff in its' own right. This is one unique software engineering opportunity and here's your chance to be at the heart of it.
This would be ideal for someone with knowledge of the eCommerce world, what is involved and a personal interest in really making their own mark on a growing family-focussed company.
A competitive salary is on offer, pension, shares + many additional benefits.
THIS ROLE DOES NOT CURRENTLY OFFER SPONSORSHIP AND IS ONLY ACCEPTING APPLICANTS ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE UK
