My role at PCR Digital?

Much of what I do in the business is around understanding our current clients' needs, whether they’re an SME or a global multinational business.

I’m also hands-on, doing recruitment with a number of my original clients, which means I’m always keen to connect with senior digital and tech leaders, as well as Accessibility Specialists and JavaScript Engineers.

Traditional recruitment is broken in so many ways. Hiring managers are having to trawl through piles of CVs in the hope of finding relevant candidates to interview, and that must be so frustrating – surely that’s the recruitment agency’s job?

That’s why we developed our On-Demand Resourcing Service – to remove these frustrations – from both sides of the recruitment process.

It means that we do all the legwork for our clients, that we promote their business and we attract candidates in the best way.

It also means we provide all our candidates with a professional service, supporting them from interview through to employment.

I have a real passion for meeting people, understanding their needs and love it when I get it right for them. Whether it’s clients, the team, candidates, or contractors – I love knowing that you’ve connected with someone and that you’re going to do everything possible to deliver for them.
