Account Manager - Broadcast Technology Channels
I’ve worked with PCR for 15 years so I’ve accumulated a huge amount of recruitment experience during that time. I consider myself to be a good communicator with understanding and respect for the needs of the client and the candidate and I enjoy applying my industry and technical knowledge.
I recruit contractors across the technology stack and project lifecycle for our Broadcast and Media clients.
I particularly specialise in fulfilling Project Management, Business Analysis, Test, Architecture, Development and Support contracts.
At PCR I enjoy working with professionals who have a similar high standard of service quality and strong ethics but also enjoy the social and work-life balance.
Out of work I enjoy most sports especially golf, spending quality time with my young family and socialising which involves eating and drinking in nice places.

I’ve worked in recruitment since 1993 and at PCR since 2000.
I think I’m good at building relationships and get real pleasure from working with a diverse range of people. Plus I’m interested in technology and understanding the problems it solves.
PCR is great as we are a small independent company working in a competitive market so we continuously think about how to best serve our clients and candidates.
I love the challenges, the teamwork, and everyday I'm bowled over by my colleagues’ approaches.
Out of work I love spending time with my husband and, my now, adult children and enjoy my pool!
Director and Founder
After studying Electronics at Loughborough, I spent two years selling high speed ink jet printers for a successful Cambridge start-up which gave me great training in the world of commerce.
I then set up a successful recruitment company called Interaction, where I managed the technical division. Following the sale of that company I founded PCR in 1996, initially to home in on the growth in TCP/IP and Network Engineering, before refocusing the business to the Digital and Technology space in 2006.
I ensure our team are happy, focused and have all the resources and support they need to be successful, overseeing the relationships in our major accounts and MSP (Master Service Provider) agreements. Then there’s the constant improvement for me, my team and our processes and tools.
What do I love about PCR Digital? My team! I’ve been blessed with a number of talented, loyal and hardworking colleagues who have been with me for many years and my newer recruits are also turning out to be stars! We’ve worked on some of the most exciting projects based on products which we use every day.
And London - the sun seems to shine on Regent Street most days and I've not yet touched the sides of all recommendations I’ve been given for bars and restaurants in the area.
When I’m not at work I love Chamonix (off-piste skiing, climbing or hiking), off road enduro motorcycling and spending time with my family and friends with good food, fine wine and great music
I work on recruiting contractors across a wide range of roles within the Broadcast, Technology and IT sectors, where I’ve built a strong knowledge of my industry and technology sectors to I can offer a mature and reliable service to my clients.
I’ve been in recruitment for 15 years, spending the last seven with PCR, where I’ve successfully developed excellent relationships with clients, candidates and my work colleagues.
PCR is a small, niche and well-respected company with a hardworking team of friendly people all determined to provide a great recruitment experience.
Out of work most of my time is taken up by a wife and three children, aged 15, 8 and 7, but when I can escape I’m a commercial aviation enthusiast (aka plane spotter). I enjoy going to the cinema and watching movies for relaxation.
Throughout my working life I have enjoyed a variety of roles and opportunities, working for huge global consultancies, corporations, retail banks smaller family owned businesses. I now find myself working as an Office /Contracts Manager for PCR Digital and have to say I feel I have found where I am meant to be in my working life.
PCR are a great bunch of people that really do care about making a difference in the London tech community and as someone with a great love of, and interest in, all areas of technology I'm glad that I can be a part of that.
Out of work I love to play the guitar, go to gigs and socialise with good food and drink (Mine's a medium rare Chateaubriand and a large glass of Cabernet Sauvignon please!)

Having worked in the recruitment industry for over 5 years, I've understood the fundamentals and most important concepts of it. A strong communicator with a deep understanding for the clients' needs while simultaneously recognising the experience and expectations of my candidates, I use my experience and technical knowledge to its full effect.
I recruit contractors across the technology stack for some of London's best and upcoming Digital and Technology clients while specialising in recruiting DevOps, Test, Development and project oriented professionals.
PCR strives to work collaboratively and really care about how we assist in growing the London Tech community. What strikes us apart is the ability to make a difference.
Outside work, I'm a football fanatic; whether it be playing or watching. I also enjoy gaming, socialising, dancing, gigs, food and drinks.
