We are looking for skilled Java Developers with experience using Mongo, TDD, ideally Groovy, Solr and pair programming for a 3 month contract with a featured client in West London using pure agile, best practice & clean code methods. Digital Asset ManagerDescriptionThe Digital Asset Manager role is a designated & trained administrator of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system at SIEE providing support for the migration of assets into the Digital Asset Management workflow. This person will be in charge of a system coordinating many people (Internal & external) & teams across multiple locations with TBs of data.The day to day responsibilities include:- Develop and communicate DAM policies and processes- Upload, tag and organise digital assets, applying/updating metadata, general asset maintenance and troubleshooting the system- Manage internal relationships and general administrative support- Strategically implement and manage an asset policy as well as the on-going evaluation and administration of the marketing assets- Act as the go to contact for all the Marketing team and key stakeholders- Identify and train users who produce or work with marketing assets (This includes internal creators, external agencies & territories) and help them integrate the system into their workflows- Create and enforce user roles and permissions - The administrator is responsible for designating user access for assets.- Work closely with outside agencies to ensure consistency - The Digital Asset Manager needs to make sure that all agencies with access to the DAM system are using consistent terms for file uploads, metadata, and company policies and procedures.- Track performance and gather user feedback- Create and support "best practices" - This on-going task is done to improve the system, various processes, SLAs, and communication opportunities.
